Final Submissions *NEW*

The EasyChair submission page is now open for authors to submit their final paper submissions.

Before submitting, please ensure that you have:

  • Added the copyright notice “978-1-5386-4276-4/17/$31.00 ©2017 IEEE” to the bottom of the first page of your source document (as a footnote). For those using latex, adding the following code above your '\maketitle' command should be adequate:

    \IEEEoverridecommandlockouts\IEEEpubid{
    \makebox[\columnwidth]{978-1-5386-4276-4/17/$\$31.00$~\copyright2017~IEEE}
    \hspace{\columnsep}\makebox[\columnwidth]{ }}

  • Validated your paper through the IEEE PDF eXpress site. To do so, log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site, enter 43371X for the Conference ID and upload your pdf. You should then receive an email from IEEE PDF eXpress with a certified version of your pdf.

Authors should update their uploaded PDF file in EasyChair with the IEEE certified PDF that was emailed to them from IEEE PDF eXpress. Papers not certified in this way will not be accepted. Please submit your final paper submissions before the 'Final papers due' date listed above.

Paper Submission

Please format your paper according to the IEEE Conference Format. Templates in LaTeX and Word format are available here. This conference uses EasyChair to manage paper submissions: please click here to access the submission page. We ask that you only submit full manuscripts (with a maximum of six pages in length).

Upon submission, you will shortly receive an acknowledgement email along with a paper submission ID number. Please use this ID number in any future correspondence.

Submitted manuscripts are subject to a peer review process. After review, authors of papers will be notified via email, see key dates above. Authors of accepted papers will be invited to either present their paper via a 20 minute oral presentation (15-minute presentation, 5-minute open Q&A session) or a poster presentation.

In order for a paper to be presented orally or in a poster session, at least one author must register and attend the conference. The paper will not be published in the conference proceedings otherwise. Those presenting in the poster session are asked to be present during the session.
